Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning

About this site

This web site serves as an introduction to the Brownfield Action simulation, its use, and its pedagogy in environmental science curriculums. Both have been produced by the Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning (CCNMTL) in collaboration with the simulation's creator, Dr. Peter Bower, Senior Lecturer of Environmental Science at Barnard College.

For information about getting access to the simulation and the Registered Instructors section of this web site, view the Teaching & Training section.

This project is funded by the National Science Foundation.
